All vehicle purchased online require a deposit to secure and reserve the vehicle. The deposit is a acknowledgment that both parties are entering into a legally binding contract and any withdrawal without legitimate reasons will incur further prosecution procedures. The deposit payment is non refundable. The vehicle will be reserved by the seller for a period of 7 days (unless arrangements have been made for this to be extended) after which the vehicle will become free for sale once more.

The deposit payment is non refundable in the event of the buyer withdrawing from the contract and deciding not to pay the full balance. The buyer will also be liable for any expenses incurred by withdrawing from the contract.

Delivery costs are free for Upto 100 miles distance from BD129BA upon availability of delivery slots on vehicle bought at the advertised price or unless other agreements have been discussed. The delivery costs are £1 per miles after the 100 miles.

Delivery is made on a date allocated by both parties if there is no date allocated the delivery will be made within 7 days of purchase date.

Any repairs carried out by the buyer to the vehicle purchased will not be claimable if these was not highlighted, discussed and authorised by the seller. Any personal preference carried out by the buyer will not be refundable or claimable. A £250 admin fee will be charged and a £75 vallet charge will be deducted to any vehicle returned. Vehicle will only be returned for a refund once discussed and authorised by the company directors. All refunds will be returned with 14 days of the refund request. The refund will be made in the same way the balance was paid.

All vehicles are sold with a 3 months warranty supplied by an external warranty company. If any issues arise with the vehicle within the first 14 days of purchase please contact us any issues after this period can be taken with the warranty company supplied.

Any sports and high performance vehicles are sold with a 30 days warranty. Any vehicle which is over 12 years of age or over 120,000 miles will come with a 30days warranty only.
